Her parents, Harold and Pam, call her by her middle name -- Latosha.
Latosha is a very outgoing girl who suffers from a variety of illnesses including asthma, allergies, sleep apnea, developmental delays, macrocephaly, heart murmur, and Retinitis Pigmentosa (due to Bardet Biedl Syndrome). RP can lead to blindness. Latosha functions at about a first grade level, and she tires easily.
She's an animal lover and has seven cats and two dogs. Her older brother is twenty years old. Latosha enjoys swimming, jumping on a trampoline, reading, doing crafts, and watching SpongeBob, Power Puff Girls, Rugrats, and wrestling.
Her dream is to go to Six Flags. Every summer, her family plans to go; but things come up to prevent them (usually financial difficulties). Maybe some volunteers could contact wish granting organizations and see if we can send Latosha to Six Flags!
When Latosha is hospitalized, she usually goes to
